Just a note to thank you and your organization for a great job on our Home Theater. After 15 years of planning, with several false starts along the way by others, you and your team saved the day by giving me and my family a Home Theater that has exceeded all of our expectations. My objective was to create a real Movie Theater experience in our own home and Audio Video Design delivered and then some. Watching a movie in our Home Theater is better than going to a commercial Movie Theater.
During my 15 years of planning I ran into several obstacles along the way that delayed the completion of our Theater. Technology selection proved difficult because of rapidly changing technology and the poor advice we received from unqualified Home Theater contractors. When we did select electronic components, home installation was often delayed or stopped because of unreliable contractors. You and your team removed the obstacles and made the experience an enjoyable one.
Josh gave us a variety of technology choices and worked with us every step of the way to make sure that our needs were being met. Josh did a great job matching the system components for optimum performance and the final product is spectacular. Ward did a great job of scheduling the installation and making sure that the equipment and the manpower was available to do the job when promised. Charlie did a superb job of installing. He went the extra mile to install, customize and calibrate all of the equipment in our Home Theater.
In short, Audio Video Design did everything it said it would do and more. Your company gets high marks from me.
